Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly, efficient checkout experience and to assist the pharmacy team under supervision. You will help process prescriptions, interact with customers, and support store operations while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

This role requires flexible availability, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to learn Walgreens systems and policies. Training includes PTCB-related coursework and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Strong math skills for accuracy in counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store/inventory systems.
• Knowledge of store inventory control and pharmacy workflows.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing and medication information.
• Maintain store shelves, pricing, and displays; perform inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Handle prescription processing, third-party claims, and basic clerical duties.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff with workflow and compliance activities.
• Provide photo services and assist customers in other departments as needed.
