Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers with products and services.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.
4. Engage customers, resolve issues, and promote a positive experience.
5. Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and manage inventory.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with legal requirements.
7. Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web order pickups.
8. Participate in training and maintain necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably 6 months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
• Good math and computer skills; PTCB certification preferred.
