- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service to customers.
- Assists the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions, in accordance with regulations.

- Engages customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits, to deliver a memorable customer experience.
Operations
- Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers.
- Recommends products and accessories, and assists in locating items.
- Handles transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, exchanges, and cash handling.
- Maintains cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and record-keeping standards.
- Supports pharmacy operations, including entering patient and drug info, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and assisting pharmacists with workflow.
- Reports prescription errors immediately and complies with pharmacy policies and the Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
- Handles non-urgent calls, processes third-party claims, and performs clerical duties as assigned.
- Supports pharmacy inventory management and asset protection activities.
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products like tobacco and alcohol.
- Constructs and maintains displays, assists with product placement, and stock rotation.
- Operates store systems and equipment proficiently.
- Provides photo services, including digital passport photos and promotional products.
- Manages web order pick-ups and maintains store cleanliness and appearance.
- Follows all policies and procedures, fostering respectful coworker relationships, and completes assigned tasks.
Training & Personal Development
- Maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.
- Stays informed of healthcare and pharmacy developments.
- Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
