2. Registering sales, providing courteous checkout service.
3. Assisting pharmacists under supervision with pharmacy systems, obtaining patient and drug information, and processing prescriptions.

Customer Experience:

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Operations:

• Providing friendly, efficient service, recommending products, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, managing inventory, and supporting pharmacy activities including prescription filling, error reporting, and compliance with legal and company policies.

Training & Personal Development:

• Maintaining PTCB certification, attending training, acquiring continuing education, and working flexible hours.

Minimum qualifications include fluency in English, willingness to work flexible hours, and preferably some retail experience. PTCB certification is preferred.
