Responsabilidades

What you’ll do as a Customer Service Associate:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
  • Handle confidential customer information sensitively.
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Document and update records in the required systems.
Requisitos

Who are you?

  • High school diploma or certificate.
  • Intermediate English level with excellent communication skills.
  • Polite and empathetic, able to understand others' feelings and thoughts.
  • Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to see the big picture and pay attention to details.
  • No previous experience required; proactive and confident attitude is a plus.
