This role involves providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience, assisting pharmacists under supervision, and ensuring efficient store operations. Responsibilities include customer service, sales transactions, pharmacy support, inventory management, and maintaining store appearance.

Customer Experience
  • Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and model customer service best practices to ensure a positive experience.
Operations
  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
  • Recommend products and assist with sales, including operating cash registers and handling transactions.
  • Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, medication retrieval, and verifying accuracy.
  • Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to pharmacy policies and quality standards.
  • Support inventory management, store display setup, and stock rotation.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including food and product placement.
  • Provide photo services and web order fulfillment.
  • Assist in store maintenance and uphold company policies and respectful coworker relationships.
Training & Personal Development
  • Maintain PTCB certification and complete required training and continuing education.
Additional Requirements
  • Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
