Job Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist under supervision, in accordance with regulations, by using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service; recommends products and assists in locating items.
• Handles transactions, including refunds, exchanges, and voids; maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Supports pharmacy activities such as entering patient info, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and checking interactions.
• Reports prescription errors immediately; adheres to pharmacy policies and code of conduct.
• Handles phone calls, processes third-party claims, and performs clerical duties as assigned.
• Supports inventory management, maintains compliance with laws, constructs displays, and assists with product placement.
• Provides photo services, web order pick-up, and store maintenance.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
