Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers with product inquiries.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems and processing prescriptions.
4. Engage customers by greeting and assisting them, resolving issues, and sharing best service practices.
5. Provide fast, friendly service, recommend products, and handle transactions and returns.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including inventory, prescription filling, and compliance with laws and policies.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and display standards, and assist with stock management.
8. Offer photo services and web order fulfillment.
9. Participate in training, maintain PTCB certification, and stay updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably 6 months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
