Operations
- Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers.
- Recommends items for sale and suggests trade-up or related products.
- Processes transactions, handles cash, and manages returns, refunds, and exchanges. Assists customers in locating products.
- Keeps counters and shelves clean and well-stocked, takes inventory, and maintains records. Checks in and prices merchandise as directed.

- Processes third-party claims and performs clerical duties as assigned.
- Supports inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals. Files claims for overages, shortages, or damages.
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products like alcohol and tobacco.
- Creates and maintains displays, including promotional and seasonal setups.
- Assists with product placement, stock rotation, and store cleanliness.
- Maintains knowledge of store systems and equipment.
- Provides photo area services, including passport photos and promotional products.
- Handles web order pick-up and delivery responsibilities.
- Supports store maintenance and appearance.

Training & Personal Development
- Maintains PTCB certification or state required credentials.
- Attends training, completes continuing education, and stays updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
