The job involves providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience, registering sales, assisting pharmacists under supervision, and maintaining store operations.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and offer assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and model customer service best practices to ensure a positive experience.

Operations

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items and assist customers in locating products.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process returns and exchanges.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize inventory, and assist in merchandise pricing and stocking.
• Support pharmacy activities, including entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and assisting with workflow.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to pharmacy policies and regulations.
• Handle telephone inquiries and process third-party prescription claims.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure compliance with legal regulations on regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, assist with product placement, and manage stock rotation.
• Provide photo services and web order fulfillment.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with company policies.
• Complete additional tasks and special assignments as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training and education.

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
