Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a motivated team member to deliver outstanding customer experiences across checkout and in-store services. You will assist pharmacists under supervision, process prescriptions, and help customers locate products while maintaining clean, well-stocked displays.

The role values flexible scheduling, basic computer skills, and strong math abilities for accurate dispensing. Prior retail or Walgreens familiarity is a plus, with PTCB certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescriptions.
• Prefer basic computer skills.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Models and delivers courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing under supervision and using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves, and manage stock and pricing.
• Process prescriptions, verify information, and support pharmacy workflow.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist with merchandise and promotions.
