Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide exemplary service in-store. You will help customers with products and services, and assist the Pharmacy Department with dispensing and workflow.

You will handle transactions, maintain displays, and work with store systems while supporting health-related services. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is preferred, with an emphasis on accuracy and customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens work experience (preferred).
• Good math skills for counting and weighing medications (preferred).
• Good computer skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient service to customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and services; recommend add-ons.
• Process cash register transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised counters and shelves; monitor inventory.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions and workflow; report prescription errors.
• Handle non-urgent pharmacist calls and basic pharmacy communications.
