Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience professional to greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role supports operations across the store, including checkout, merchandising, inventory, and pharmacy-related tasks under the guidance of the Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager. Prior Walgreens experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register.
• Processes purchases, returns, exchanges, and cash handling as needed.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves and assists with inventory.
• Assists pharmacy operations under supervision, including entering patient and drug information.
• Supports photo area and web pick-up tasks as required.
