You'll greet customers, assist with product selection, process transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and customer care, with opportunities to earn PTCB certification and grow within the store.

Competenze

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math skills for prescription counting and dispensing accuracy.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store inventory control.

Mansioni

• Assist pharmacists under supervision in processing prescriptions and entering patient/drug information.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service and promote add-on items.
• Manage inventory, stocking, and merchandising per store policies.
• Handle front-end duties: register transactions, returns, rain checks, and refunds.
• Support pharmacy workflow—appointment of duties, scheduling, and adherence to the Quality Improvement Program.
