Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous service at checkout.
• Register sales on assigned cash register and handle cash transactions.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision in processing prescriptions and using pharmacy systems.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves and assist with inventory.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff with workflow and clerical duties.
• Comply with pharmacy policies, including quality improvement practices.
• Assist with photo area and other Walgreens services as needed.
• Uphold safety, legal, and company standards at all times.
