Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Handle cash register transactions, process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised counters and shelves; assist inventory and pricing.
• Assist pharmacists with entering patient and drug information using pharmacy systems and supporting workflow.
• Support pharmacy department on inventory management and order processing.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Adhere to Walgreens policies and the Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
