Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience/Pharmacy Clerk to engage customers, guide them to products, and assist with prescriptions. You will operate the cash register, handle transactions, and help keep the store clean and well stocked.

The role requires English fluency and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Prior retail experience and basic math/computer skills are valued; pharmacy system familiarity is a plus. This is a part-time, on-site position at Walgreens locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately; counting, measuring, weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control are a plus.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
• Handle register duties: scanning, processing payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves; price and stock merchandise.
• Assist pharmacy team with prescription processing and inventory management.
• Support pharmacy operations and adhere to company policies and procedures.
