Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, assist with products and services, and support pharmacy operations. You will ring up purchases, handle cash, and help maintain clean, well-merchandised aisles while promoting a positive shopping experience.

Role requires English fluency and flexibility including evenings and weekends; prior retail experience and basic math/computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process cash transactions, returns, and exchanges; operate assigned cash register.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacists with pharmacy-related tasks; enter patient and drug information; help maintain workflow.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assist with inventory and pricing as directed.
• Support store operations including photo services, web pickup, and exterior/interior maintenance.
