Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer at least 6 months of retail experience.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision and support pharmacy workflow.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and assist customers with purchases.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked counters and shelves; assist with inventory tasks.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist with pharmacy-related duties and data entry.
• Provide customer service in photo area and other service desks as needed.
• Assist with external and internal maintenance to keep store presentable.
• Follow company policies, including Good Faith Dispensing and Quality Improvement procedures.
