Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in retail.
• Prefer Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at checkout and pharmacy areas.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision, process prescriptions, and enter patient/drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and help locate products to create a positive experience.
• Maintain clean, stocked counters and shelves, and perform inventory tasks.
• Handle customer requests, provide accurate change, and process exchanges, returns, and refunds as needed.
