Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Preference for six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prev. Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at checkout.
• Recommends items and assists customers in locating products.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision with prescriptions and pharmacy processes.
• Maintains clean, well merchandised counters and shelves and inventory records.
• Handles returns, exchanges, voids, rain checks, and refunds as needed.
• Supports Pharmacy Manager and workflow in the pharmacy area.
• Provides photo area services and web pick-up support as applicable.
