Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to deliver exceptional customer service and assist the pharmacist under supervision in a fast-paced store environment. You will help with checkout, product recommendations, and maintaining clean, organized shelves.

The role involves processing prescriptions with care, learning pharmacy systems, and contributing to high-quality patient care. Prior retail experience and PTCB certification are preferred, with options for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately (counting, measuring, weighing).
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide assistance with products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision, process prescriptions, and use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Register sales at the cash register, handle transactions, returns, exchanges, and maintain shelves and displays.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager with inventory, equipment, and compliance with pharmacy policies.
