Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking an energetic team member to support customer experience and pharmacy operations in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist pharmacists under supervision, process prescriptions, manage point-of-sale transactions, and help customers locate products.

The role requires English fluency, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and a basic familiarity with store systems. Prior retail experience and PTCB certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in processing prescriptions and obtaining patient information in pharmacy systems.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and pricing.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff Pharmacist in workflow and pharmacy operations.
• Handle non-urgent telephone calls and assist with clerical duties as needed.
• Comply with company policies, including Good Faith Dispensing and Quality Improvement Program.
