Job summary

Walgreens is hiring at one of our Wisconsin stores to join the Customer Experience and Pharmacy teams. You will engage customers, assist in processing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision, and help maintain accurate pharmacy and store operations.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, accurate transactions, and teamwork across pharmacy and retail tasks. Training and certification (PTCB) are supported, with opportunities to grow within Walgreens.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
• Strong math, computer, and store inventory skills.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing prescriptions and using pharmacy systems.
• Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store cleanliness, merchandising, and accurate pricing as directed.
