Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Register purchases, handle cash, and process refunds or exchanges as needed.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications under supervision and enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Support inventory management and store maintenance activities.
