Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to deliver a distinctive customer experience and support pharmacy operations. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and process purchases at the register in a fast, friendly manner.

Under supervision, you may assist pharmacists, enter patient and drug information, and help with prescriptions while maintaining store standards and promoting Walgreens services.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior experience with Walgreens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision, uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provides customer service across store areas, including photo services and pickup responsibilities.
• Maintains store appearance, inventories, prices, and adheres to company policies.
