Job summary

Under supervision you will help pharmacists enter patient information, fill prescriptions, and maintain inventory while keeping the store clean and well merchandised. This role emphasizes service quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Register sales and process prescriptions under supervision.
• Assist pharmacists by entering patient and drug information.
• Provide courteous customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain counters and shelves and stock rotation.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
