Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Prefer computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at checkout.
• Registers purchases on the cash register and handles exchanges and refunds as needed.
• Assists pharmacists by entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Maintains counters, shelves, and displays; supports inventory management and pricing as directed.
• Supports Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist with workflow and adherence to procedures.
