Walgreens in Los Angeles is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will assist customers, support the pharmacy team, and maintain clean, organized store areas while handling daily tasks.

This role emphasizes accuracy with prescriptions and strong communication with customers and colleagues. The position requires flexibility in schedule, English fluency, and prior retail experience; PTCB certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and services.
• Register sales and handle payments at the checkout.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with prescriptions and entering patient/drug information.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; handle inventory.
• Provide photo area services and web pick-up duties as applicable.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain respectful coworker relations.
