Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience at checkout, assist the pharmacist under supervision, and maintain accurate pharmacy and store operations. You will use pharmacy systems to handle patient information and prescriptions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending items, processing payments, and supporting inventory and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision and use pharmacy systems for patient and drug information and prescriptions.
• Process customer transactions, returns, rain checks, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and shelf presentation.
