Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to deliver outstanding customer experiences across checkout and store operations. You will assist the pharmacist under supervision, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate pharmacy information using store systems.

You will also handle cash transactions, stock products, and help customers with questions while maintaining clean, well-merchandised displays and supporting various store tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and checking medications.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and ensure accuracy.
• Register customer purchases and handle cash, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves; assist customers in locating items.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with in-store tasks as needed.
