Job summary

Walgreens in Byron Township, MI is seeking a Customer Experience Associate. You will greet customers, assist with product needs, and deliver courteous, efficient checkout service on the cash register.

Under supervision, you’ll support the pharmacist in processing prescriptions, use pharmacy systems to obtain patient data, and help maintain store accuracy and cleanliness. Prior retail experience and fluent English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy.
• Uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provides customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items for sale and handles returns and exchanges as needed.
• Maintains counters and shelves, checks in and prices merchandise, and supports workflow.
• Assists with inventory management and store maintenance tasks as directed.
