Job summary

Walgreens in Michigan is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist at the checkout and support the pharmacy under supervision. You will use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions, engage with customers, and help maintain store and pharmacy operations.

Strong attention to detail, good math and computer skills, and willingness to work evenings and weekends are preferred. Prior Walgreens experience and PTCB certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Provide customer service in-store and in the pharmacy area, including answering questions and helping locate products.
• Support pharmacy department on inventory and workflow as directed by Pharmacy Manager or staff Pharmacist.
