SynergenX Health in Houston, TX is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Customer Care Representative to support weight loss programs and clinical care. You will handle pharmacy-related calls, texts, and emails, perform data entry, and register patients, while following SOPs and using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, offering meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment. Representative will be responsible for answering all pharmacy related incoming calls, texts and emails and handling customer questions and complaints. Representative must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. In accordance with state and federal regulations, performs data entry and patient registration and responding to high volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision. Follows standard operating procedures and performs duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Saturday 7:00am to 4:00pm
• Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am to 7:00pm
• Two weeks of paid on-site training

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and good judgment
• Must pass a routine criminal background check
