SynergenX Health is seeking a Full-Time Outbound Customer Care Representative in Houston, TX to handle high-volume calls, schedule appointments, and deliver exceptional patient support. Training is provided and there are opportunities for growth within the company.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation in the CRM/EHR systems, strong communication, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in call center, customer service, sales, appointment-setting, or healthcare preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
• Ability to confidently ask for appointments and overcome objections.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Ability to accurately document patient interactions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM

• Two weeks of paid on-site training.
