Job summary

SynergenX Health is seeking a Full-Time Inbound Customer Care Representative to support patients on weight loss and clinical care. You will handle high-volume calls, schedule appointments in the EHR, and document interactions in the CRM while delivering friendly, accurate customer service.

This role offers paid training, benefits including health/dental/vision, 401K with match, PTO and tuition reimbursement, with on-site work in Houston.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience.
• Experience with CRM or EHR software (minimum one year).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.
• Document all communications in the CRM platform.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM
• Two weeks of paid on-site training
