Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer good math skills for prescription filling.
• Prefer computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision and use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Register purchases, handle cash, returns, exchanges, and assist customers to locate products.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised counters and shelves; participate in inventory and pricing.
• Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management and workflow scheduling.
• Adhere to company policies and pharmacy code of conduct.
