Job summary

Walgreens in Stoughton, MA is seeking a Pharmacy Support team member to deliver friendly checkout service, assist pharmacists, and help with prescription processing. You’ll greet customers, advise on products, and handle transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work under pharmacist supervision, using store systems to enter patient and drug information, and participate in inventory and merchandising tasks. Prior retail exposure and PTCB certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Must speak/read/write English fluently.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; provide courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision; input patient and drug information in pharmacy systems; help process prescriptions.
• Operate cash register; handle cash, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and pricing accuracy.
• Support Pharmacy Department on inventory, ordering and storage of pharmaceuticals; follow policies and Code of Conduct.
• Assist with photo area services and web pick-up duties as needed.
