Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a store associate to deliver excellent customer experiences and assist the pharmacy team. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help locate products while maintaining clean, well-merchandised aisles.

You will support the pharmacist under supervision, process prescriptions if trained, and collaborate with store staff to ensure accurate inventory and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and processes transactions.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and patient information.
• Provides courteous, friendly service and helps customers locate products.
• Maintains counters, shelves, and merchandising; conducts inventory and pricing.
• Supports Pharmacy Manager with prescription processing and error reporting.
• Handles phone inquiries and patient communications.
• Engages in customer service best practices to deliver a delightful experience.
