Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to assist pharmacists under direct supervision, performing prescription processing and patient data entry while delivering friendly, efficient customer service at the register. The role supports daily pharmacy operations and inventory management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; experience in retail and PTCB certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• Good math skills and computer skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and entering patient information.
• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and resolve customer issues.
• Handle cash register transactions, returns, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking.
• Adhere to pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements.
