Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver friendly checkout service, greet customers, and assist in finding products, with responsibilities across front-store duties and general pharmacy support under supervision.

You will handle cash register transactions, assist with inventory, and support the Pharmacy team in dispensing and processing prescriptions while adhering to policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and handles cash transactions.
• Assists pharmacists in dispensing and pharmacy processes under supervision.
• Provides courteous, friendly customer service and helps customers locate products.
• Maintains counters and shelves, checks in and prices merchandise, and handles inventory.
• Participates in inventory management and supports Pharmacy Department on various tasks.
