Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Support Associate to deliver friendly checkout service and assist the pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing and patient information. You will help with inventory, merchandising, and store operations, maintaining accuracy and compliance with pharmacy policies while providing a positive customer experience.

The role involves greeting customers, handling payments, and supporting the Pharmacy team to ensure efficient service and accurate dispensing

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at checkout with courteous, efficient service.
• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision in processing prescriptions and entering patient/drug information.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and manage inventory and pricing as directed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and payment processing; guide customers to OTC products.
• Support Pharmacy Department on workflow and pharmacy system usage; report prescription errors as required.
