Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver friendly, efficient checkout and assist the pharmacist under supervision. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate prescription handling, and strong product knowledge in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, processing sales, assisting with prescriptions, and maintaining clean, organized shelves.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription counting and measuring.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on the assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and entering patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
• Deliver customer service by greeting, assisting with products and services, and resolving issues.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked; handle price checks and inventory tasks.
• Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and voids; assist with pharmacy-related duties as needed.
• Support Pharmacy Department on inventory management and workflow, including ordering and shelving shelves.
