Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide fast, friendly checkout and assist pharmacists under supervision. You will handle store transactions, help customers locate items, and support inventory and display maintenance.

Responsibilities include assisting with prescription processing in pharmacy systems, answering non- pharmacist calls, and ensuring a courteous, compliant customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and handles transactions including returns and exchanges.
• Assists pharmacists under direct supervision, enters patient and drug information in pharmacy systems, and helps with prescription processing.
• Maintains clean, organized counters and shelves; assists with inventory and displays.
• Provides customer service in various store areas including photo services and web pick-up; supports pharmacy workflow and calls not requiring a pharmacist.
• Adheres to company policies and contributes to a positive customer experience.
