Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Completion of relevant registration, certification, or licensure as required by law

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience or comparable pharmacy technician experience
• Support for company health and wellness initiatives
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to company policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as per state requirements
• Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks
• Support ongoing training of clerks and technicians
• Prepare medications according to regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
• Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and regulations
• Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by law
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols, report unsafe conditions
• Comply with all relevant legal and safety regulations, reporting illegal activity as required
