Provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating customers and employees fairly and ethically, ensuring a safe, clean, inclusive environment, and offering the right products, services, and care at the right time with fair and accurate pricing. Provide direct patient intervention by offering health and wellness services that comply with state and federal laws. Responsibilities

• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required.
• Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding those requiring professional judgment.
• Provide excellent customer service, accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing.
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians.
• Compound medications according to regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy.
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings per laws and policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted.
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Comply with all relevant regulations and report illegal activities.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Minimum

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Current registration, certification, or licensure.

Desired

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.
