Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of relevant registration, certification, or licensure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience or comparable background
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
  • Assist pharmacists, excluding tasks requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service, accurately completing all pharmacy procedures
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications following regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings per legal and company standards
  • Deliver additional health and wellness services permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation, safety, and health regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, reporting illegal activities
  • Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
