Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure as required by law

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or pharmacy technician experience
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to company policies
  • Current registration, certification, or license as required by state law
  • Assist pharmacists with responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing all pharmacy procedures
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications following state regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
  • Deliver additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all applicable laws, reporting illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
