Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older

• Previous relevant experience or pharmacy technician certification
• Support health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and comply with HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
• Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and accurately process prescriptions
• Support coaching and training of staff
• Compound medications per regulations
• Perform post-fill audits
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
• Conduct CLIA-waived screenings per law and company policies
• Offer additional health and wellness services as permitted
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and report illegal activities
