Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of required registration, certification, or licensure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous relevant experience or comparable roles, including pharmacy technician experience
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
  • Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Deliver excellent customer service while accurately processing prescriptions and related tasks
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Prepare medications following state regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to ensure accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
  • Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations, report unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and report illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
